Tenants are an important part of our daily business and therefore should you decide to rent one of our properties you will always be treated fairly. We will always set out any costs and charges that you will incur at the outset of your tenancy to avoid any financial surprises.
We are members of ARLA, The Association of Residential Lettings Agents and TPO, The Property Ombudsman Scheme. All security deposits held are registered with TDS, The Tenancy Deposit Scheme and we will always provide you with a certificate of lodgement.
We will not take any money from you before we have received an agreement from the Landlord to proceed with your application. You will therefore never be asked to pay a deposit to reserve the property without any idea whether or not you are going to be successful.
